Housekeeping Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and place orders as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests for housekeeping services are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Maintain budgetary guidelines for the housekeeping department and monitor expenses.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with an Indian clientele or who have previously worked in English-speaking environments.
