Petroleum Engineer - Lusail, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Petroleum Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies for the safe and efficient extraction of oil and gas reserves from beneath the earth's surface.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of reservoir properties, production data, and well performance to optimize production levels
- Design and supervise drilling and completion operations to ensure safety standards are met
- Develop cost-effective solutions for well stimulation, artificial lift systems, and other production enhancement techniques
- Collaborate with geologists and other technical experts to assess potential drilling locations
- Monitor production rates and implement measures for maintaining or increasing output
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology to improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of reservoir engineering principles, drilling techniques, and production operations
- Proficient in using industry software such as Petrel, Eclipse or CMG
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Effective communication skills for presenting findings to colleagues and clients
