Industrial Engineer – Lusail, Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Your role will involve analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct time studies and develop work methods to improve process flow
- Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to eliminate them
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline processes
- Analyze production data and provide recommendations for improvements
- Design layouts for production facilities and equipment
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts
- Create reports and presentations to communicate progress and results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Knowledge of CAD software
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work on a contract basis
- Experience working with African or Malayalee communities is preferred, but not required
