Administrative Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Review and approve expenses, invoices, and other financial documents
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train new employees on office procedures and protocols
- Conduct performance evaluations for administrative staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative management role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working with biometric passports is a plus

This is a part-time position with the option for full-time in the future. We welcome applications from all nationalities, but proficiency in English is preferred.
