We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a great opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining files and records.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with travel arrangements and visa processing for employees.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders on behalf of the company.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Provide support to colleagues in various departments as needed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as an administrative coordinator or assistant.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with visa processing procedures is preferred.
- Indian nationality preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work legally in Qatar.
