Administrative Coordinator

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in our Dukhan location in Qatar. You will maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, procedures, and policies. Your role will also involve managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.

As an ideal candidate, you should have excellent organizational and time-management skills. You should also have strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

This is a full-time position for Egyptian nationals who are proficient in English. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must already have a residence in Dukhan or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
