Administrative Assistant for Indian Nationals in Dukhan, Qatar
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. This position is open to Indian nationals with experience in administrative tasks and a strong proficiency in English.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within our organization. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining records and databases.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a strong attention to detail. You should also be able to multitask effectively and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules for multiple departments
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain records and databases
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
