Administrative Director

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. This role is specifically for Malayalees who do not require English language skills and have the ability to work with their own visa. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the company
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Handle budgeting and financial planning for administrative expenses
- Coordinate with other department heads to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across all departments
- Oversee office maintenance and supplies procurement
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Prepare reports on company's performance to present to upper management

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably as a Director or similar position
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and office management
- Proficient in Malayalam language
- Must have own visa to work in Qatar
