We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our retail team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through product knowledge, professionalism, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend products based on their preferences
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Must have strong attention to detail
