Housekeeping Manager for Luxury Hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
Our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the department
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a consistently high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our standards of cleanliness
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens
- Handle any guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of operations and exceptional guest experiences

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of housekeeping management software preferred
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset but not required
