Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist for our busy office in Al-Rayyan. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate recipients
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Fluency in English is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Indian nationality
- Experience working in Qatar
