Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and personable Concierge Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting the main concierge with various tasks. This is an ideal position for someone looking for a part-time job and does not require any prior experience or accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation and reservations for guests
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with luggage handling and delivery
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby area
- Handle guest requests in a timely manner
- Assist the main concierge with various tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
- Indian nationality preferred (but not required)
- Must be based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
