Job Title: Creative Director

We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Director to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic vision and direction of our projects and campaigns. This role requires a strong background in art and design, as well as exceptional leadership and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the overall creative concept for all projects
- Lead and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals, and ensure that all creative work aligns with their vision
- Create innovative designs that effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our work
- Review and provide feedback on all creative work to ensure high quality standards are met
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as an Art Director or Creative Director
- Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English is required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Previous experience working in Qatar or the Middle East region
