Product Designer (Malayalee)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Product Designer to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Malayalee Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that meet the needs and preferences of our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements, conduct market research, and create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and previous experience in product design. English proficiency is not required for this role, making it an excellent opportunity for non-native speakers. However, fluency in Malayalam is preferred. Previous experience in Qatar or the Middle East region is also preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences
- Conduct market research to identify design trends and customer insights
- Develop product concepts and prototypes using various tools and techniques
- Create detailed design specifications and technical drawings for production
- Work closely with manufacturers to ensure product quality and feasibility
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and materials
- Present designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English proficiency is not required)
- Experience working without accommodation is preferred but not mandatory
- Must be able to obtain a free visa and ticket to Qatar
