Waiter/Waitress at a Modern Restaurant in Sharjah, UAE

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses at our modern restaurant in Sharjah, UAE. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Suggest menu items to guests based on their preferences
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Accept payments and process them accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn about menu items and make recommendations to guests
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
