Cashier/ Sales Associate

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. This position requires someone who is fluent in English and has previous cashier or sales experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist with restocking when needed
- Follow all cash handling procedures and policies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Previous cashier or sales experience preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
