English Tutor

We are currently seeking an experienced English Tutor to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group instruction to individuals looking to improve their English speaking skills. This is a contract position with flexible hours and the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on the individual needs and goals of each student
- Provide engaging and interactive instruction using a variety of teaching methods
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback on areas for improvement
- Encourage students to practice speaking English through conversation activities
- Help students improve their grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and overall language fluency
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to continuously improve teaching methods and materials
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for all students

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Previous experience as an English tutor or teacher preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style to different levels and learning styles
- Patient, friendly, and encouraging demeanor towards students
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be Indian national with valid work permit in Kuwait (preferably with free visa and ticket)
- Preference for female candidates
