Contract Mediator
We are seeking a professional Mediator to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. Our ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and negotiator with experience in resolving disputes and conflicts. As a Contract Mediator, you will be responsible for facilitating negotiations between parties, helping them reach mutually beneficial agreements. This is a contract position, so the ability to manage your time effectively and work independently is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting mediation sessions between disputing parties
- Helping parties identify the root causes of conflict and find common ground
- Facilitating productive communication and negotiation
- Providing guidance and support to parties throughout the mediation process
- Drafting legal documents and agreements as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law, psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mediation or conflict resolution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain neutral and impartial during disputes
- Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures
- Must have own accommodation in El-Fujairah or surrounding areas
