Support Manager (Indian Nationals Only)
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Support Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our customer support team. This role is suitable for Indian nationals with excellent English speaking skills and a valid biometric passport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the customer support team, ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Train and coach team members on best practices for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex or high-priority issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in customer support technology
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends or evenings if necessary
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy
