Indian Farmer in Abu Dhabi


We are seeking an experienced Indian farmer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a farmer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the cultivation and harvesting of various crops, including vegetables, fruits, and grains.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute planting schedules for optimum crop growth
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust farming techniques accordingly
- Maintain irrigation systems and ensure proper distribution of water
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed to maintain crop health
- Harvest crops at the appropriate time to ensure maximum yield
- Maintain equipment and machinery used for farming operations
- Oversee a team of laborers and delegate tasks as needed
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of resources
- Keep thorough records of farming activities, expenses, and yields

Requirements:
- Must have previous experience working as a farmer in India or a similar climate/environment
- Knowledge of different farming techniques and best practices for crop cultivation
- Ability to operate farming machinery and equipment effectively
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Good communication skills in English to effectively communicate with team members and suppliers
