Phlebotomist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our medical team in Sakaka, Saudi Arabia. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for medical testing, transfusions, donations, or research. This is a full-time position with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and prepare patients for blood draw procedures
- Verify patient identity and explain procedure to alleviate any fears or concerns
- Sterilize equipment and maintain a clean work environment
- Collect and label blood samples accurately and efficiently
- Monitor patients during and after the procedure for any adverse reactions
- Properly dispose of used needles and other biohazard materials
- Keep accurate records of patient information and lab results
- Communicate with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff regarding test orders and results

Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Phlebotomist
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic (preferred) or English
- Ability to follow strict protocols and maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable working with needles and handling blood samples
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
