IT Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Preferably for Malayalees)


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of all information technology systems within our organization. We are specifically looking for a Malayalee candidate who is fluent in Malayalam and has experience working in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization's information technology systems
- Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems, including servers, networks, databases, and applications
- Ensure the security and integrity of all information technology systems
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements
- Train and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure efficient operation of systems
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Oversee the budget for information technology expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Fluent in Malayalam with good communication skills in English
- Experience working with biometric passport systems preferred but not required
- Knowledge of current trends and advancements in information technology
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
