Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and products
- Recommend products to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system
- Maintain a neat and organized store appearance
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work full time, including weekends and holidays
