Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Manage office filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized and accessible
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and other clerical tasks as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
