We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the supply chain process to ensure timely delivery of goods and services to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve overall efficiency and reduce costs
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and contract terms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure adequate stock levels
- Oversee the procurement process, from identifying potential suppliers to negotiating contracts
- Continuously evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall supply chain processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments that may impact supply chain operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply management or procurement roles
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices, including inventory management, sourcing, and negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or knowledge of local market is preferred
