Online Consultant (English Speaking) - Full Time (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position, with a preference for Indian nationals who are fluent in English. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and assist with any inquiries or concerns
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
- Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients
- Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Must have own visa for employment in Saudi Arabia
- Accommodation will be provided by the company
