Speech Therapist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages to diagnose and treat communication and swallowing disorders. This position is open to both Indian nationals and fluent English speakers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Valid license to practice as a speech therapist in Qatar (or willing to obtain)
- Experience working with individuals of all ages, including children and adults
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent listening skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs
- Familiarity with the latest techniques and technologies in speech therapy

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans for clients based on their needs and goals
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions to improve clients' communication skills and swallowing abilities
- Educate clients and their families on exercises and techniques they can practice at home for continued progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, for comprehensive care
- Keep detailed records of clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
