We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of our clients' wedding celebrations. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision for their wedding day
- Create detailed event timelines and budgets
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors for services such as catering, décor, entertainment, etc.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of the wedding day, including transportation and accommodations for guests
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or changes
- Oversee setup and execution of wedding day events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan
- Provide post-event follow-up to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning, specifically weddings preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience negotiating contracts with vendors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar
