Hotel Manager vacancy in Doha Qatar

Hotel Manager (Pakistani Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pakistani Hotel Manager to join our luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maintain profitability
- Manage and oversee all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall guest experience
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and procedures
- Train and develop hotel staff to maintain high-quality service standards
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to attract guests and increase revenue
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the hotel

Requirements:
- Must be a Pakistani national with proficient English language skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as a Hotel Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager in a luxury hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, revenue management, and cost control
- Familiarity with hospitality software systems such as Opera or Fidelio is preferred
