Office Assistant - Malayalee (Contract)

We are currently seeking a diligent and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. This is a contract position suitable for Malayalees with their own visa and no English language requirement.

As an Office Assistant, your main duties will include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This will involve handling phone calls and correspondence, maintaining files and records, organizing and scheduling appointments, and assisting with other office tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a Malayalee with excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently without prior experience. This position does not include accommodation, so it is suitable for men who have their own place of residence in Al-Wakra.
