Administrative Manager

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes, and managing a team of administrative staff.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Develop and implement efficient administrative policies and procedures
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Manage a team of administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise from clients or employees
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budget planning
- Provide support to senior management as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Egyptian nationality preferred
