We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wedding Planner Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced wedding planner to help plan and execute beautiful weddings for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and coordination of all aspects of the wedding, from venue selection to decorations and catering
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices, contracts, and logistics
- Help create event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Attend meetings with clients to understand their vision for the wedding and provide recommendations based on their preferences and budget
- Assist with managing the budget and keeping track of expenses
- Coordinate transportation and accommodation arrangements for clients and guests, including ensuring biometric passports are obtained if necessary
- Work closely with the wedding planner to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the wedding

Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in weddings or other special events
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with local vendors and suppliers in Al-Rayyan is an advantage but not required
- Must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and have a passion for creating unforgettable weddings
