Retail Sales Associate - English Speaking (Indian Nationals)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an English speaking associate, we prefer Indian nationals for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout.
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist with replenishing stock as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with excellent proficiency in English.
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Must possess a valid biometric passport.
