Housekeeping Manager for Indian Nationals in Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and has previous experience managing a housekeeping department.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the specific needs of our clients.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance, support, and corrective action when necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned according to established standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints, taking appropriate action to resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with other departments such as front office and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a managerial role within the housekeeping industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English with fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail with a high level of organization and time management skills.
