Contract Attorney for International Law Firm in Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Contract Attorney to join our prestigious international law firm located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Contract Attorney, you will primarily be responsible for drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including contracts and agreements, ensuring their compliance with local and international laws.

Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
- Conduct thorough legal research to ensure compliance with local and international laws.
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on various matters.
- Review and negotiate terms of contracts with clients.
- Represent clients in court proceedings as necessary.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' business operations.
- Collaborate with a team of lawyers to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a practicing attorney.
- Experience in contract law is required.
- Knowledge of both local and international laws is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
