Business Coach for Indian Nationals in Al-Khor, Qatar

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have previous coaching experience. The ideal candidate will be able to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual coaching sessions with clients to identify their needs and goals
- Develop customized action plans for each client based on their specific requirements
- Provide support and advice on various business topics such as sales, marketing, leadership, and team management
- Monitor client progress and provide feedback and guidance as needed
- Conduct group workshops and training sessions on various business-related topics
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights to clients

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with legal authorization to work in Qatar
- Fluent in English - both verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Proven experience as a Business Coach or similar role
- Strong understanding of business principles and strategies
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel within Qatar as needed
