Administrator for English-Speaking Indian Expats in Al-Khor, Qatar

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support our team of Indian expats in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and do not have prior work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email
- Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Provide support to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national residing in Al-Khor, Qatar
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Biometric passport is required for visa processing
