We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner, as well as ensuring that our inventory levels are maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper display of products according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or reordering as needed
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective merchandising strategies for new or existing products
- Create eye-catching displays and arrange products in an appealing manner to attract customers
- Implement promotional activities and ensure proper execution in-store
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions on product placement and pricing

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards consistently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English
