Seasonal Waiter/Waitress for African Cuisine in Al Shamkhah City, UAE

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Seasonal Waiters/Waitresses for our African cuisine restaurant in Al Shamkhah City, UAE. This job is open to candidates from all nationalities, however preference will be given to Africans.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is not required but considered a plus
- Must be willing to work on a seasonal basis (3-6 months)
- Able to communicate effectively in English (Arabic or any other language is an advantage)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be physically fit as this job requires standing for long periods of time
