Merchandiser - Abu Dhabi, UAE (Indian Nationals)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating attractive product displays and driving sales in our retail stores.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall appearance of the store
- Create appealing product displays that align with company standards and seasonal trends
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with buyers to ensure timely replenishment of products
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' strategies
- Collaborate with store managers to identify best-selling products and optimize their placement in the store
- Train sales staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment
- Strong eye for detail and creativity in designing product displays
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train sales staff
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Visa sponsorship will be provided
