Tutor for Malayalees in Sharjah, UAE

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to work with Malayalee students in Sharjah, UAE. As the Tutor, you will be responsible for creating lesson plans, conducting one-on-one or group tutoring sessions, and providing academic support to students from various levels and backgrounds. This is a full-time job opportunity that does not require English proficiency or prior experience. However, we are looking for someone who can start immediately due to the urgency of this position.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the Malayalam language and culture, as well as excellent communication and teaching skills. You should also be patient, adaptable, and able to create a comfortable learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans based on student's needs and academic goals
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with Malayalee students
- Provide academic support in subjects such as Math, Science, English or Social Studies
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on student's performance
- Stay updated on current educational trends and resources to enhance teaching methods

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam language
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching is an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam
