Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects
- Monitor progress and performance of construction teams to ensure quality workmanship
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources effectively
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to work full time without accommodation
