Support Manager (Pakistani candidates preferred)
We are currently seeking a Support Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. This position is suitable for male candidates and does not require English proficiency.
As a Support Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the support staff in our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that all support operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing guidance and supervision to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the support staff, including setting goals, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the support team
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries
- Monitor team performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Conduct regular meetings with the support team to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Prior experience in a managerial role in a support or customer service environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu (Arabic is an advantage)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
