Chat Operator - English Speaking (UAE)

We are seeking a fluent English speaking Chat Operator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Chat Operator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This position is open to all nationalities, however, proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online chat platforms
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Offer solutions and guidance to resolve customer issues
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Build rapport with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and proficient in typing
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
