IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is open to all nationalities, including Africans and Egyptians. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall information technology operations of the company. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all technology systems.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support the company's goals
- Ensure the proper functioning of all technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security measures
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of new systems
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades
- Manage budgets for IT expenses and investments
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of current technologies and trends in the field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience with budgeting and project management
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various departments
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Preference given to candidates with experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East
