We are seeking a skilled and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers and providing them with excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved
- Collaborate with team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is not required, but strong communication skills in Hindi or any Indian language is preferred
- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service role is required
- Must be able to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule
- Must have own visa and be legally permitted to work in Saudi Arabia without accommodation provided by the company
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Proficient computer skills
- Preference will be given to male candidates
