Retail Sales Associate (Indian)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Indian Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maximizing sales by assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining a clean and organized store, and promoting products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide assistance with finding products or answering any questions
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively promote products to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Restock merchandise when needed to ensure availability for customers
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must be able to start immediately
