Information Technology Manager vacancy in Umm-Salal Qatar

IT Manager (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to oversee our company's technological operations in Umm-Salal, Qatar. This is a contract position and Indian nationality is preferred.

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our technology systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth functioning of our company's technology by implementing and maintaining efficient and effective systems.

To excel in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of information technology and a proven track record of managing IT projects successfully. You must also possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of our company's technology systems and infrastructure.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, networks, and security.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and privacy.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or changes as needed.
- Lead a team of IT professionals by providing guidance, training, support, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of IT projects within budget.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of information technology systems and infrastructure.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management methodologies is preferred.
