Administrative Assistant
A reputable company in Lusail, Qatar is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in administrative roles and must be proficient in Microsoft Office. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle other forms of correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Liaise with clients and vendors as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
