We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring excellent service and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the hotel
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of effective leadership and team management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must have prior experience working in Qatar or the Middle East region
